I don't want to go back through the prior 13 pages of this thread - so maybe this has already been mentioned - but if you want to truly get "unsettled" by the musical styling of Michael Edward Love - listen to "Rockin' the Man in the Boat" off of his dreadful solo album. If you do not feel massively unclean after listening to it - I'd be shocked. It is especially awful if you picture him singing it while wearing the awful satin jacket and Dodgers cap from the cover of the LP and the fact that he manages to twist in the phrase "good vibrations" is, uh - I'll just leave it at that.

It was pointed out to me that there's a photo credit on the goddamned album cover. Because that is such an amazing photo. That man is class incarnate.

edit: Did I really need to use the phrase album cover twice in the same sentence? Sigh.
