Next up here is a nice sounding early XTC gig from Holland. This is prior to the release of their first album. Enjoy!!!

Thought a few more of you might've been interested in this great early XTC show but I guess not.

My time for the last couple of days has been pretty intense, 48 hours working with a sleep in & trying to fix a fence whtch is a major job, managed to download and listen, great gig, audience recording with not too much audience, great early track listing, debut album well covered, great energy, really enjoying it, cheers
Want to get the corrected polarity skylarking, reviews say its a revelation to the original release, it won't be long, thanks for sharing

I'm actually not a huge XTC fan (no fault of the band, just another one of those bands on the long list that are probably more worthy of attention than I give them), but any remaster job by you is going to be an automatic listen by me, and their early years are very intriguing. So, thanks for reminding me to download, it's now in the queue!

Hello Marky,

I finally got to listen to the XTC show. Great fun and energy - and the sound is very good! It's somewhat different than what I expected as it's more rough and guitar-ish - I'm more familiar with later polished/produced XTC. Thanks again!

Cheers gkbill. It's a great sounding show for it's vintage.

I've got that corrected polarity edition. It does sound much better than the original mix. Since that edition was released XTC have also released the bluray/cd deluxe edition which is awesome.

So JohnS I checked through all my boots/DVD's etc. I did indeed have those soundchecks from the "Unloved Songs" in Flac and decided to compile all the great odds & sods from '76-'79. Big job but I'm well chuffed with the results.

Okay next up is this beauty and essential for any Costello fan. Another absolute labour of love from me.

I've just noticed this XTC post, but it seems to have gone already. My bad.
