Call me an SRP but I'm really digging this tune. I'm not a fan of Fleetwood Mac at all but the radio has been playing this and it has slowly lodged in my psyche...

One of my best friends is from Uruguay. I will have to confirm this claim of yours. I do not trust it one bit.

On the other hand, this sleeve is decent:

The Boss is watching Cornonation Street (as she does) and I'm pretty sure this was on the radio in one scene (it was familiar enough to make me look up). Man, if you want to capture the sterility of mid-80s chart music in one song, this is a solid example.

I don't care for what happened to Ultravox after he replaced John Foxx either.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑30 May 2017, 6:56pm

In his defense, he was definitely the best part of Slik...Kory wrote: ↑30 May 2017, 7:56pmI don't care for what happened to Ultravox after he replaced John Foxx either.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑30 May 2017, 6:56pm

EDIT: I TAKE THAT BACK. I just learned the rest of Slik formed the nucleus of The Zones, who released the pretty great album Under Influence in 1979. So he wasn't even the best part of that.

Never liked Ultravox or even met anyone who claimed they did. They mean absolutely nothing to me.

I will say when they had Foxx and an exclamation point, they were a totally different, much better band.
