I listened to about fifteen seconds in the middle and can safely say it is one of the ten worst covers in the history of everything.

So, I just discovered that this exists and now I am going to tell Scott I am filing for divorce.

Hello,

Sammy Hagar is not nearly the lounge singer Bill Murray is despite his attempt to cover Depeche Mode.

Not even close. Murray is a fantastic lounge singer.

I'm watching the English Beat live at the US Festival '83, and Saxa isn't on stage with them (he's replaced by who I assume is Wesley Magoogan). Did he typically not tour with the band?

Edit: never mind, he just walked on.

By coincidence I was listening to The Beat on vinyl at the weekend. The first 6 singles and the first 2 albums.

Ranking Roger - vocals, toasting
Ranking Junior - vocals, toasting
Fuzz Townshend - drums
Oscar Harrison - drums
Andy Pearson - bass
Steve Harper - guitar
Bobby Bird - guitar
Mark 'Chiko' Hamilton - sax

Oscar is the drummer from Ocean Coluor Scene. I assume this is is still the current line-up.

Was just perusing my Amazon recommendations and they had Dave Mathews and Celtic Frost listed. Maybe if they did a collaborative effort where Dave Mathews is sacrificed on tbe altar to satan whe CF bark out some nonsense in the background.
