Love the sound of a dulcimer, tho the kind where the strings are hit by tiny hammers.

I had to check out his YT channel, he plays a mean "Ace Of Spades" as well.

Indeed. When I do my MTV lecture, I've explained that before Canada got MuchMusic and living in the middle of nowhere, FNV was vital. My circle of friends would take turns hosting FNV. It was absurd, really, but it mattered, seeing these things, arguing about what was good and what was shit.

I was no Joey Jeremiah! But, no, I don't want to make it seem like some kind of weird bonding ritual or anything, but growing up in a shitty isolated town, this was one of those things that you could look forward to, a way of hanging out with friends and arguing and shit. I frame it as more meaningful in retrospect; at the time, it was just fun, something to look forward to.revbob wrote: ↑09 Mar 2024, 9:33amDid you go to Degrassi because this sounds like Degrassi, just tell me you weren't the dick with the hatDr. Medulla wrote: ↑08 Mar 2024, 7:57pmIndeed. Just picked up a gold vinyl 7" of this today. Groovy as fuck.
