Forgot about that one. SUCH a beautiful and devastating song.
Copper Blue is such a great album and I haven't listened to it in ages...but I think I'm going to rectify that today!!
Best album of the 90s IMO.
Better than Fresh Horses?!?!

I don’t know why I don’t like Sugar more. I love Husker Du, and it should on paper hit the buttons for me, but I never got into them beyond a general “yeah. They’re pretty good.”

I suspect we all have those weird blundspots. By all rights, I should love Bowie like you do, but it's never quite clicked.

I think one of the big things about HD was having that back and forth between Mould and Hart and that's missing with Sugar. I liked Sugar when they came out and I still enjoy listening to them, but I'll never like them nearly as much as I like Husker Du.

Y'know what, me too. Gonna load that fucker up on the iPod for the walk to school today.
I saw them live in 1994 and it still might be the loudest show I've ever seen. Great show, however!
Great band and Copper Blue is a classic. I'm in the crowd somewhere here.
I like Copper Blue plenty (I bought it on cassette back in the day & played it til the tape broke), but I absolutely love Beaster.
In space no one can hear you clash!
