I think it's a pastiche of the general artwork of the era, no particular album.101Walterton wrote: ↑25 Jan 2018, 9:24pmAm I right in thinking it is based on an earlier cover art? I’m wracking my brains but can’t think what / where, not sure if it is the font or the colour but reminds me of something from years ago?

I really do enjoy this recurring inside joke. I believe this was the root: http://clashcity.com/boards/viewtopic.p ... em#p236148
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

You and Flex are pretty reliable allies, but sometimes I have to pray for a random out of the blue ally. Like when Bankrobber had my back on Tears for Fears being awful or Still216 also appreciating the merits of the band Extreme.Heston wrote: ↑26 Jan 2018, 11:41amIronic that your biggest ally was first to call you out on it.matedog wrote: ↑26 Jan 2018, 11:34amI really do enjoy this recurring inside joke. Played this album again earlier today. Damn if this had been released in '78/'79 The Panic Report would've been on the front cover of the NME and on TOTPs etc. This is quality stuff.
