I had a love/hate relationship with my old name. I hated that I made it one word, and felt guilty because I’m no poet, but it also was one of my favorite lyrics.

When he started here, Kaleb was Phil Collins for some reason—a weird joke, I assume. Then he decided he hated that and wanted his name changed. Several of us—I'm pretty sure I was in on it, but definitely had co-conspirators—advocated Inder changing it to Billy Joel. To Kaleb's serious credit, he rolled with that monstrosity a long time. I am thus of the opinion that anyone wanting their username changed have to do community service time as Billy Joel before graduating to their desired change.

edit: I'm wrong. That was Inder all by his lonesome: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=2571. Inder is great people.
