I'm seeing this and what I'm taking away from it is that a milka-cola cocktail would make me essentially unstoppably moistened.

I've been feeling off the past few weeks -- can't sleep, grouchy af, headaches, tired -- and yesterday morning was kinda really bad. I had zero energy and we took a little day trip so it made it worse. I figured it had a lot to do with the heat because as I've gotten older my tolerance of it seems to have gone way down. Mid day yesterday, I decided to drink a bottle of water. Like a light switch turning on, I felt a zillion times better. Drank a ton when I got home. Slept great. Drank a lot this morning. Feeling better than I have in a while. The moral of the story: hey old people, drink your fucking water.

The sun exhausts me, which is the opposite of a lot of people, from what I hear. Bad news for me, since Maggie lives in AZ.

Same. Which is probably why I love Seattle so much. I loathe the sun.
