Really? I think it's easier to get dual on the Canadian side than American. I could probably get dual because my dad was born in North Dakota. If we somehow ended up working in the US—a very unlikely situation now—I'd look into it.
I just want it so I can keep my options open. I am currently looking into an Irish passport too.

I might be able to get Canadian based off my mom's mom. Irish, not unless they've opened that way up. Its been a great many years.

I can get German citizenship based on being a descendant of Holocaust refugees from Germany. Which is tempting given it has been my lifelong dream to create music by squatting in abandoned warehouses and banging on pipes.

Ugh, the fucking 90s are back.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

I'm baffled that he continues to have some kind of fanbase.

lmao, i used to have some jeans like that. horrible look. in middle school, i used to get made fun of for not wearing that kinda shit by other classmates, begged my folks to buy some of those jeans so i could fit in, and then promptly got made fun of for wearing jeans like that by the same people. taught me some valuable lessons about how much trying to fit in is a complete waste of both time and dignity, at least.

Oh lord, a horrible memory has been dredged up. Back in, I dunno, 1981? designer jeans were *the* thing. All the cool kids were wearing designer jeans so I finally persuaded my mother to buy me a pair, instead of my usual basic jeans. Yeah, I'm gonna crack the cool crowd now, baby! Well, turns out my mother got a unisex pair for me. What made them unisex I have no idea, but seemingly everyone at school did that day (it was an unusually long day that last about three weeks) and I was informed that I must be gay and a loser and an idiot. The unisex designer jeans were never worn again, validating my mother's admonitions about following trends. I never did gain acceptance from the cool crowd, either.

Wait, I've been accepted here? Then how come I still have to wear the pledge's beanie whenever I post?

I do more conceptually, not in practice.

Hello,

We used to do a poll with goalkeepers and their outfits but it might apply here.
