Taste and decency aside, I can't see this being good. Camembert is best if it sit out and warms to room temperature and gets loose and gooey. This, I think, makes it unsuitable for a bread replacement. I am also inclined to put this very low on the food I would want to at before I depart. I'm more looking for seafood tours of Japan and New Zealand.

It’s got to be better than a Camembert burger. Probably like pigeon which is a lot like dark meat chicken. Sadly, not great for the Instagram.
