I see Joe's just got a Blue Plaque unveiled at his old gaff in Marylebone where he lived 1978-79:

It is at the wrong end of Walterton Road?
101 (or at least what was 101 as it was demolished and rebuilt) is just before the corner with Shirland Road. If the plaque is where the pin is on the map it must be right outside the old shabeen which is quite funny because that is where the metal guy (on the cover of Elgin Ave Breakdown) used to sit on the wall.
