ISO photo: Joe at the typewriter.

Post by jeffslate »

Does anyone know where I can find a large/hi res scan of the infamous image of Joe at the typewriter (used to promote TFIU and on the cover of the lyric book included with COB)?

Also, I'd love to know who the photog is so I can buy a proper print someday.

Thanks!

It's been awhile since I've looked through my copy, but I think it is.

That's the red hardcover with the star on it? I know someone who has one. Try (or keep trying) eBay. That's my fave Clash book. He's coming out with his New York Dolls book soon.

It's the one by rex collections called The Sex Pistols mainly a collection of photos from 1976 to 1996.

All my other Sex Pistols books are safe but that one disapeared when moving or so I thought.

I have that one...it was released a few years ago. I was imagining you had found an older Pistols book.
