Haven't they had that publishing company since 1977? A pretty wise move really. I'm glad they got their dues when you see bands like the Small Faces get chewed up and spat out by the industry.

Thanks! Now I can send them all hate mail for not putting the CoL advert on 'Sound System'.

Interesting that Topper isn't a shareholder and was only added as a director in 2012 for whatever reasons.

Yes, they started the incorporation procedure in Dec 76 and it was incorporated in Jan 77 according to the incorporation document here:

Also Mick and Paul have a nice little set of corporate entities:

You might want one more for your files, then....last, but certainly not least, here are details for Bernard Rhodes's longtime corporate outlet, Oddball Productions, which appears to have just wound up shop:

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/01437697

Note the nature of the business at the bottom: "Artistic Creation."

Or, as the company's 1994 return (one of the more interesting documents) states, a bit more expansively: "The principle activities of the Company are Production of Records and Management of Artists in the musical entertainment industry."

And, as you can see, it's pretty much a two-person show (or was):

Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

You have to read the documents from just the right angle in the room to see where he's the real power.

Hello,

If those addresses are correct, somebody's going to be pissed off.
