I remember an interview with the Beasties back in 86/87 and they were talking about cornish pasties. Ad-Rock said it was basically vomit wrapped in pastry. Great article, cheers.

The Beastie Boys were meant to support BAD in 1986 at the gig I was at, their names was even on the posters, but they pulled out. Was a bit gutted as I'd read the hype about them.

It's so weird how much Lydon harps on about hating the Clash but it seems like he hung out with them plenty.
