There is a Paul Simonon Q&A in Uncut. Gutted that they didn't use the question I submitted ("Any chance of you resurrecting your break dancing from the final Clash days at the GTBATQ shows?") Maybe I touched a nerve?

Perhaps he didn't remember. You should have sent the gif along with it.
edit: that interview looks like it could be pretty good. I'll have to try to find time to go pick it up.

Yep good tune. Just sold the 7'' picture disc with postcard for £35.00. Not bad for a record I picked up for 99p.

I’ve been so absent from Clash culture that I totally missed this release. I was in a Sunrise the other day and saw an intriguing hardback book and CD. It doesn’t have the band name on it so I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a new TGTBATQ release. I for one quite enjoyed my first listen, and the lack of hooks really don’t bother me at all. I think the atmospheric storytelling and the playful rhythm section makes up for it. Anyway, my 2p, and fulfilling my requisite annual IMCT drop-in. Peace
