No, it is about Strummer writing lyrics that brought attention
to the start of the drug war 40 years ago and how frivolous the actions
of those carrying out that war were.
Police/DEA have no interest in eradicating drugs from our streets.
The more drugs on the street, the more street crime and the more
police job security.
Without heavy and meticulous legislative oversight, we will all
be stuck with a drug infested society forever,
and poor communities under a fake drug war siege.
