Danny from the Rise and Fall doc said the guy on the cover of CTC and the TIE single (with girlfriend) is artist Eddie King's brother and his gf. Eddie King did the Straight to Hell single art and I assume the CTC art.
That's good info, cheers matey.

I'm gonna let the domain for topperheadon.com expire/not renew it when the time comes because (a.) its cybersquatting and (b.) I'm too stupid and incompetent to create or run it. If any of you want to make a website for Topper (ideally how he would like it) I suggest staying away from the .net route? Idk, I'm horrible at computer science and obviously couldn't get in hold of his management, so yeah.

I have a vague recollection of reading about that somewhere however never heard it until today. It reminds me of where Mick shouts "Johnny Johnny" at the end of "Protex Blue".

I wonder if Teddy B could shed some light on Mick's connection to this.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Apparently recorded at Wessex studio with Topper involved as well.

Is it worse than normal? I mean that boot is particularly noticeable because he is mixed so loud.

Wow. Great catch, folks. I knew of Edith Nylon, but had no idea Mick and Topper had any involvement with them. This track is an ace, and so are Mick's vocals. A new-to-me Clash rarity? Yes, please! Thank you!

Yeah maybe that's it. It does seem a little worse to me though. He hits a lot more dead notes from what sounds like muting them with his right hand.
