I'm listening to Just Play Music at the moment, who sings the bits at the end (just play that music, I won't refuse it etc)? I always assumed it was Don but on headphones it sounds like Mick's accent but not Mick if you know what I mean?

Applecart is such a great song, just Mick at his most poppy and melodic. It's such a shame his voice was affected by his illness not long after because it was really starting to hit its peak.

Some BAD minutiae: The last ten seconds of this song is sampled at the end of Champagne...

That's dead weird, I've thought was Don for 27 years. It took your mix for me to register it was Mick, well I'll be dashed.

At least my mix was good for something.

It is really good, enjoyed a good blast of it on the headphones tonight. My only criticism is I would have had more reverb on Battle of All Saints Road, that tune is just so dry.

I just listened back and I agree. I added just a little reverb.

I can't wait to get the opportunity to download and listen to this. Downloads aren't possible in the school I work in, and I'm so far from a WiFi zone, temporarily living outside Kirkwall, Orkney. The nearest bus stop/pick up is called Wilderness Junction, which just about sums it all up.
Your remixes have always been a pleasure to listen too, so, maybe soon Markey.

Thanks much Marky! always thought it was an underrated record that suffered from a lack of gusto/dynamics in the production/mix & you've done it some justice, this will be my go to version for now
