I've never actually heard Kool Aid. Is it all that different? I've been on a BAD kick lately.
It's not that different but worth hearing. Certainly better than Entering a New Ride.
I actually like New Ride! Well, at least I remember liking it.
I feel that there is a fascistic element, for example, in the Rolling Stones . . .

Well there you go, this album is better and you should definitely listen to it. I like On One.

Any tips on where to acquire it? I don't think it was released over here.

No, to my recollection, it was an import. I didn't actually get it myself till long after the fact. You could try the usual suspects, like discogs.com -- I just checked, and there's 35 copies waiting for all comers at $2.01 a pop.

I always preferred The Globe, myself -- or, more accurately, the live versions, since I saw them a couple times during this era -- but I feel that the songs are better realized there, than on Kool-Aid.

Surprised that no one's voiced any love for When The Time Comes, which was the real keeper on both of them. For me, anyway.

Appreciate it, but someone else got it to me. I'm looking forward to hearing it.

I like Entering a New Ride.

Cozy 10 Minutes is one of my favorite songs ever.

But, I also love Hitsville U.K., so I clearly have poor taste in music.

No worries - I'll leave it up a while longer in case anyone else wants it.

IT WAS MEEEEE

Kool Aid is notable to me for having a different version of the single-only "Free," a song that I quite like and was first made aware of on Planet BAD.

Now that is a great BAD II song.

I've only got a basic 128 mp3 copy. Hook a brother up?

Was Free really a BAD Ii song? Maybe it was BAD 1.5?

I seem to remember someone saying it was close to the cut as a surprise inclusion on the reformation tour?

Makes sense, as it was the last song to feature the original lineup -- appearing on the Flashbback movie soundtrack. So make that, BAD Mark I, I suppose.

It was actually titled 'Kickin' In' on Kool Aid, I think.
