With bootleggers trying to hide the real band name and song titles when it goes to be pressed. I’ve wondered about that. I can guess why song titles are changed (e.g...

Re: The Capital Radio EP-Beaconsfield Film dilemma
More to add to the London's Burning (Live/Mono) B-side. This track is supposed to be the take from the promo shoot. However it must've had further work done to it. As the B-side version starts with the "London's Burning" line followed by Joe singing "All across the town, all across the night". The ...

Re: Combat Rock Deluxe Edition
In past, I remembered reading that Rat Patrol was supposed to be a double album. But in the interview with Kid jensen (november 1981) joe clearly says that the next album will be a single. Yeah but Joe is referring to what will become Combat Rock. As he mentions they are recording at Electric Ladyl...

Re: Greatest (Favorite) Live Album
Fire & Skill, the Jam live box that came out several years ago was fantastic. It sounds raw and powerful and not far off from bootleg quality (and I mean that in the best sense). Disc 4, which is from just before they put out Sound Affects, is my favorite. They sound dangerous. Yeah that's a good l...

Re: Combat Rock Remixes plus.
Marky, I've only just had chance to dwell on this set.
