I think you've forgotten "Capitol Air" only, from The Clash with Allen Ginsberg. On September 1994, it was published an Allen Ginsberg cd box set called "Holy Soul Jelly Roll" that it contains the only official live version I know of Capitol Air, recorded live at the Bond, 10th of June 1981.
