Thanks again for all the well wishes and advice, impatience is probably my biggest enemy, I get stir crazy just sitting around, but I'm going to do my best to take it easy and allow myself time to heal completely.

revbob: How long until you were back to normal activities?

gkbill: I was told not to do any lifting over 10lbs for at least two weeks until my follow up appointment, which really isn't that much weight, so yeah, I'm going to have to be extra careful what I do.

Double hernia surgery yesterday, no idea how I did it, no bulging, just some discomfort, but it wasn't enough to stop me from running or light weightlifting. Didn't sleep for shit last night, drank so much water yesterday to try to rehydrate but it was hard to urinate, so I was up every 15-30 minute...
