So this wallpaper was eventually turned into artwork for the CD jewel cases with first 2 containing 8 discs ...

Bond Poster Wallpaper
I use this as my Windows laptop wallpaper. The bottom margin has been extended so that when it is centered, the taskbar coversd it to make it like a regular margined poster.

Re: The Kaleb Horton Deceased Latvian Foreign Minister Thread, 2025 Edition
In memory of David Johansen. Here is a mp3 rip of his performance at the Showplace, Dover, NJ, 3/22/80. I know I saw him there, but can't guarantee if this recording was done by me? Also, it plays a bit fast. https://mega.nz/file/nGoDxBSD#tYrMRMI4_WMdfBcv8t93Dc2gT_unhuUm41uCb27maCw If I can find the...

Re: The Kaleb Horton Deceased Latvian Foreign Minister Thread, 2025 Edition
RIP David . All my heroes are dying... This past week, I decided to dig up the "David Johansen Group Live @the Bottom Line" LP and play it. All of a sudden the record started to wobble. It had never done that before. I knew something was amiss. A similar thing happened to me when Joe passed. On tha...

Kosmo Vinyl Interview - 1982
This disc came from Eric Beaumont (AKA Eric Blowtorch). I see he has ventured further into music business. Thanks Eric! Eric interviews Kosmo on 8/13/1982 from the Aragon Ballroom, Chicago, Illinois. The sound quality is not top notch but is listenable. https://mega.nz/file/DaIHgA5I#7f6VDwz4zZX0m1qJ...

Re: Albums in Different Media/Format
Not an album but I need to hunt out my Betamax copy of Rude Boy from my dad's house! I bought a Betamax copy of Rude Boy right after seeing the movie when it was released in theaters back in the day. On a related note, I met Ray Gange in Toronto (2003?) at the show that the Mescaleros performed in ...

Lost in the Supermarket
I am at the local supermarket and what do I hear over the PA system? Of all things, 'War In A Babylon' by Max Romeo followed by even more reggae tunes. I was flabbergasted. It even topped the muzak version of 'Rock the Casbah' that I heard at the local gym last year.

Re: Albums in Different Media/Format
Are those mini discs on the right? I do have a mini disc player, but I don't think I ever owned a disc. That format was never really popular here. Yes they are mini discs. I was all into MD back in the day since it sure beat the cassette for recording shows. A fellow fan/collector Dan McKellar did ...
