How many times did the Clash play in West Germany? I know of 2. Hamburg in 1980 and then Dusseldorf in 1984. Are there any others? On another note--being from USA I'm not real familiar but were the Clash well known in East Germany or behind iron curtain during their day? Would have it been possible ...

I think 4 Horsemen was play live at one of the secret London shows in the summer of 1979.
Overpowered by funk was played in the fall of 1981.

I hear "city wolf" instead of "Virginia wolf" and Tito instead of Fidel.

They played in Nashville March 27 at Memorial Gym and March 28 in Knoxville at Alumni Gym

I like them on this tour---mainly because of the different set list. They bring back Hate N War, previously mentioned Death or Glory, plus Sound of the Sinners (which doesn't sound great live but was cool to hear).

Any live versions of this floating around anywhere?

One of my favorites. Anyone know the last time it was played live? I presume some time in 1979. Which show has the best live sounding version? The best I've heard is the short snippet from Rude Boy.

Just saw an Acura commercial that was playing My Way by Sid. Who gets the royalties from that since he is long gone and had no wife, kids, etc??
