Re: The Hiking Thread

For Earth Day me and the little buddy went on a hike at one of our local state parks - and one of my favorites - Roxborough State Park. Really gorgeous place. Reminds me a little bit of Pinnacles National Park, for you Cali folks, in terms of the rock outcroppings and son forth. Anyways, they have a...

Re: A defense of Eric Clapton.

I actually think Eric "blacks are doing vaccines as mind control" Clapton's non-solo stuff is mostly pretty good: cream, blind faith, Derek, his work with the yardbirds, power station . But he's such a piece of shit I'm not usually moved to revisit any of it. KKKlapton was in Power Station? Sorry, ...

Re: MLB 2024

I'm thinking that if the Red Sox only play road games the rest of the year, maybe things get interesting. It's time for revbob to execute his dream of blowing up Fenway. Honestly there may have been a time, and the time may well come again but the passionate hatred I once had for the Sox is long go...

I doubt many here care, but I'm going to see jazz fusion legend Stanley Clarke tonight.
I care! RTF FTW
It was great, it's crazy to think that he is the age he is without developing any kind of arthritis or whatever (seemingly).
Glad to hear I'm it was a good show

Re: MLB 2024

The Red Sox have a better record than the Dodgers today. Yay! The Dodgers are first in their division and the Red Sox are last in theirs. Less yay. Sox are on the verge of a death spiral which will probably end the season by early May, but I do enjoy that they're still a half game up on the Yankees...

Re: MLB 2024

Sox entire starting infield, 3/5ths of their rotation, and an outfielder are all injured. Bananas.

Happy birthday, Stef. We've sparred quite a bit, but you're always willing to give me time, which I genuinely appreciate. And not to forget, we're both very passionate about the clash and I I admire your work helping spread the next wave of remasters/improved sources/etc. I hope you have/had a pleas...

Re: Got Any Cool Vinyl?

Yes I agree totally mate. I went today at midday to avoid the hordes of Taylor swift fans (or whoever may be in trend at this time),I knew the few bits I wanted and thankfully they were still there, however I was hoping some wouldn't be to save some cash! The shop I use are mates of mine and have r...
