I Feel Love has a brilliant production and sound but as a song it never really grabbed me.
Nah it is hypnotic it gets you in a trance.
Especially when you are on fairground ride with that hot girl you have had a crush on!!!!!

Surprised that I Feel Love isn't landsliding this. It's a slithing monster of a track, one of music's finest moments.
I agree with this it is one of those tracks you don’t want to end.

Has she just been told her nationality which has caught her by surprise?
That was my impression.
But certainly not my reaction.

"Knocky Door Neighbour" is a funny one. Depending on where you live in England it also could be "Knocky Nine Doors" or "Knock Down Ginger."
Yeah I knew it as "knock Down Ginger". No idea who Ginger was.
I know it as Cherry Knocking
work that one one out?

Re: Blocked?

Yes, similar here. Blocker was just hide and seek around the blocks (of local flats), played in teams. Definitely played it a lot Block 1 2 3. Lampost was home and if if made it back first you could either save yourself or everyone. We called that 40-40 save all. Unfortunately we did sing the song:...

Re: Blocked?

We played a lot of Kick the Can in Wisconsin growing up. I'm assuming it's the same game? You split up into 2 teams and then attempt to kick the other team's can without being caught. Kick the Can where I grew up was a variation of Hide and Seek. Whoever was "it" would go look for the hiders and if...

Re: What Are you Listening to Right Now?

Listening to JS 001. Great product (we could argue all day about songs left off but that isn’t the point of my post).

I love the fact that a lot of time and effort has clearly been put into the track sequencing because I think it is spot on.

Pauline Black should also be a shoe-in but sadly looks too late.

She's very old school variety act. Bonnie Langford vibes. Yep that's it mate. She was just another actor cashing in with a few singles as they all did back then. I thought her singles were a cut above the usual actor tosh. The fact TDK was a big hit in the States tells me it had a touch of class ab...

I just get the vibe that Ullman doesn't really care about music but liked the idea of success at any cost.
