Re: Keith Levene
Doesn't appear to be on a cd anywhere. Possibly recorded around the time he did Murder Global. I've got Keith's "Search For Absolute Zero" cd/dvd and was hoping it was on there but sadly not. Yeah, it might not have been released elsewhere outside his myspace page. Oh well, maybe it will turn up so...

Re: Hey Limeys...
Yup. Such funny awkward mannerisms and posture. And I now realize it probably should have gone in the chimps thread.

Re: NHL 2021
Gary Bettman: "sunshine has always been our enemy." Yeah I can buy that. There was a Buffalo game at noon today and I didn’t even think about it until I checked the score a couple hours after it ended. Also didn’t pay one bit of attention to the rescheduled playoffs last summer. As I said in the fi...

Re: NHL 2021
Fun fact: The Buffalo Sabres are the only NHL team that does both the US and Canadian anthems before every home game, regardless of the nationality of the visiting team. Clearly, that's the jinx. Get rid of that Canadian nonsense and profit! Doc, you just blew my mind. Calling the Pegulas right now...

Re: Keith Levene
About 7 or 8 years ago I stumbled on a track called “The 13th Whole” by Keith Levene, 7:03 in length. It was on his myspace page (linked below) but I was never able to download from there. I don’t remember much about it other than I think it was strictly instrumental. I played it a ton of times and ...

Ha! Perfectly stated.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑20 Feb 2021, 7:54amMy brother in law still associates Brett with playing with hemorrhoids in the WS. Funny how one of the greatest hitters of the past fifty years is remembered for either having an inflamed ass or acting like an inflamed ass.

Was just looking for the date of the pine tar incident and found this: https://ftw.usatoday.com/2013/07/five-things-you-never-knew-about-george-bretts-pine-tar-incident Before he was the “pine tar guy,” Brett was something way worse: In the 1980 World Series, Brett left a game because of hemorrhoid ...

Re: MLB 2021
I have mixed feelings about the late 70s Pirates. On the one hand, the 79 WS was the first one I watched start to finish and actually caring (I couldn't comprehend now a team could come back down 3-1 to win), so there's warm feelings there. But they were the first of many teams to break my heart as...

Re: MLB 2021
I watched a few Jays games last season. It looked like a nice intimate park, especially compared to Rogers Centre. The novelty of it all might generate more fans than if they played in TO this year. Yeah they really made some cool changes to Sahlen Field to accommodate major league ball. https://tw...

Re: MLB 2021
Looks quite possible the Blue Jays might play in Buffalo again this year. Hoping they allow some fans in this time. I've never seen a major league game in person and would be stoked to catch a Jays game here. Said nobody ever...well maybe Inder. I watched a few Jays games last season. It looked lik...

Re: NHL 2021
I’m hoping Buffalo luck’s into drafting Owen Power, 6’5” 214lb Canadian defenseman for the U of Michigan. But only if he comes with a Homeresque song/montage.

Re: NHL 2021
What's the general attitude towards ownership like? The Pegulas seem to like getting involved in things... Yeah, our ownership is viewed as overly meddlesome for sure. It’s nice to have their deep pockets, but Terry Pegula never really ceded any major decision making to anyone with reliable hockey ...
