Re: So what's your concert schedule looking like?
Ultrabomb (featuring Greg Norton on bass) /Dicky Barrett's Anti-Vax All Stars(aka the Defiant)/Me First and the Gimme Gimmes. Ultrabomb opened and really got the crowd going, would see them again. DBAVAS - generic rock with some punk overtones and raspy vocals. Had they been the opener I would have ...

Is that movie, a series, a documentary?Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑21 Apr 2024, 2:24pmThe Boss dialed up Pam & Tommy the last couple days, which has been oddly mesmerizing in a complete trainwreck-dumpster-fire-monkeys-hurling-poop kind of way.

Re: Got Any Cool Vinyl?
Today's bounty of RSD releases...was a couple of others I was thinking about but I'd spent enough...the gallen and paul E.P has a signed art card too! Congratulations! Guess I lost track of dates and didn't get out early enough this morning to see what my local vinyl shop had. Maybe I'll head over ...

Screenshot_20240420_074807_Samsung Internet.jpg Jack Morris let me down. I could only think of 2 Tigers pitchers. Morris and Verlander and for sure Verlander was going to be the more popular. Well I guess Fydrich but I dont think he got close to 200 wins in his brief career Took the Tep tip on Ron ...

A steak and ale meat pie. I feel like Heston. Did the steak and ale pie come from some form of packet ? That's true Hestonianism. Alas no, so I guess Im no Heston. https://pieempire.com/our-pies/ We use premium Vermont meats, local vegetables when we can get them, and no sketchy fillers.

Re: Totally Radical! The All Encompassing Thread of 80s Awesomeness
All 6 of their 80s albums are solid. Are we still talking about Iron Maiden? No they released 7 albums in the 80s. All are terrible. I'm hardly what would be classified as a fan. I do like a few songs but Dickinson and other members have revealed themselves to be Tory scum. But from the early days ...

Re: Thread of Dreams
I should note a very disjointed dream from last night. It was a mishmosh of scenes that didn't fit together. The parts that I still recall involve the Boss and I buying a retirement home—more like a small estate—in France because it was absurdly cheap. And then we found something even better in Spa...

Re: Return of the Mighty Observations Thread
So was Ratty online? He checks in regularly as a lurker. I gather he's doing well from our periodic contact, but prefers to just read our shenanigans from afar at the moment. Sort of like the watchmaker god. So you chat with the man himself? Ask him if he's planning to go to SLF show in Boston .
