Re: Police Misconduct: Tracked

My city's new chief of police, everyone! https://twitter.com/HeidiBeedle/status/1593326142592688130?t=Xp1dZnLnthuvXsqDKUIoOA&s=19 So Alex Jones gave your new police chief a check? I wonder how he can swing that given that he can't seem to pay the $1 billion he owes the Sandy Hook parents.

I have never had SPAM. I have also never had egg nog.
As a kid, loved having some holiday egg nog, as an adult, my system doesn't seem to tolerate it, too rich and lactose intolerant. Almond based nog seems to be a bit more tolerable to my system, but still very rich.

Re: Return of the Mighty Observations Thread

Talk about taking one for the team. I can't recall the last time I ate Spam and that's probably a good thing.

DeSantis announced he's running?

I'm with Mimi, I think Pete Buttigieg is very intelligent and well spoken, I'd support his running.

I'm so glad she lost. https://news.yahoo.com/greatest-self-own-ever-kari-100012781.html Just reading the yahoo news link, looks like KL posted on her Twitter account "Arizona knows BS when they see it", to which someone replied with this: https://twitter.com/Cosmiknightmare/status/15923583022138777...

No real doom but son came down with boomerang covid and my wife picked it up too. Neither are doing too bad. This is the moment of truth for me. Can I come out of this unscathed?
Hope everybody is over it soon and you are able to avoid it, take care.

Re: The Future of the Republican Party

An observation: I'm a bit surprised at how much the election-deniers have folded in the face of their own losses, when there was a fear that this would be a near-unified narrative—if a Republican lost, it was a stolen election. It's suggestive, I think, of how much the Trump playbook needs the man ...

Re: Ranking the Discographies

This one was tough. I tried to limit it to Costello solo and with the Attractions or Imposters. His initial run of albums was damned near perfect, at least until Punch the Clock , which while good, was not (at least in my opinion) excellent. Fantastic list and I'm in complete agreement on your top ...
