It took me forever to break the habit but when I was a teenager I thought it was hilarious to actually say the word "burp!" loudly when I burped. It crept into my daily life until I would do it public in my twenties. Finally broke that habit.

Jesus Christ, I did nothing physically strenuous yesterday but presumably because of stress and generally being a giant balled fist yesterday, today I am sooo fucking sore. Feel like I've been in a car wreck.

My Dad's funeral was today. When you are in that position don't make the same mistake I did. Do not listen to 'Tank Park Salute'. You may think it's a good memorial. You WILL be a crying heap.

You know as someone who witnessed the decline into dementia, I sincerely believe that he is showing signs.

Just the day before yesterday I told my Dad's cousin, "I don't wish the disease on anyone". Trump might be the exception.
