Re: Got Any Cool Vinyl?
Got these from the BBC archives, sleeves have been laminated/riveted but that's negated by the interesting bbc labels and booking sheets with each one. The buzzcocks have bookings out by who I asume were producers for radio and possibly TV dating back to 78! The records themselves are mint. Really ...

Re: S! Cover location

I love stuff like this, we did the Strummer walk tour around the gtove area a couple of years ago...because it ended up being me and our lass plus Aiden the tour guide, we were deep in conversation and I didn't take one photo!!! However I'd definitely recommend Flipside London tours...he'...

Got these two from juno for 18.99 each, decent pressings and includes lyric sheets...didn't notice the 77-79 one but that has been rectified! How this has not been shut down by Sony I don't know...but nice to have the singles to play without changing the singles every 5 mins...IMG-20240225-WA0001.j...

Re: RSD 2024
Somewhat on-topic, in class on Wednesday, I had reason to ask how many students regularly went to record stores. To my surprise, I'd say about three-quarters did. And most of those said they bought vinyl. I was very much the freak of the room in expressing my disinterest in physical copies. That's ...

Re: Middle age health thread for fatties
High recommendation for tai chi in that case I've taken up yoga once a week and it has done some wonders, particularly the lower back and shoulders . I do the old lady yoga, nothing too crystal swinger. This is really good to know. I really want to try yoga and I was worried that it would make thin...

Re: Middle age health thread for fatties
Not tai chi, but I attained a black belt in a hapkido-adjacent martial art. It's a pretty damn good workout that I'd recommend. I think I need something more meditative and less joint impactful. I hear its good for reducing stress and that's what I need / am looking for. Being a full time malconten...
