Re: Stranger Things [SPOILERS]
I'm up to Episode 5. I am assuming that the big finale is going to be that Rat Patrol got released in the alternative universe? He disappears through a black hole via some dark matter into the parallel universe and can be found sitting in a red telephone box (just over there on the left) listening ...

Re: IMCT Running Club
So your running is what powers the belt? Yikes. Correct. It is tough. I started on 10 seconds sprint and 45 seconds rest. Moved to 10 seconds sprint and 40 seconds rest last week, so today was a big step up. I bet you get some funny looks in the gym !! I was a wasted heap on the floor at the end of...

Re: IMCT Running Club
I can't run much at the moment but I did some deadmills at the gym. This is running on a treadmill without turning it on. 15 seconds sprint, 40 seconds rest, 6 reps. Absolutely exhausting! Allegedly building up my recovery rate and hence my stamina. So your running is what powers the belt? Yikes. C...

Re: Heston and Marky's Friday Top 5
One observatiion looking through the Bad Seeds lists is you don't often get such a diversity of chosen songs; there's very little duplication in any of the choices. Which I think is a huge testament to the sheer range and quality of Cave's work. Or maybe a lack of standout songs? ;) Ha! That is the...

Re: Heston and Marky's Friday Top 5
I love the B-Sides and Rarities 3 CD box set, so I'll go for five from there; 1. Helpless 2. The Train Song 3. The Ballad of Robert Moore and Betty Coltrane (funniest song ever?) 4. (I'll Love You) Till The End Of The World 5. Where the Wild Roses Grow (demo) Like you Marky I could come up with a fe...

Re: Paradiso/Alexandra Palace show set lists...
You just may trip upon two sets out there for the grabbing soon. Further investigation reveals Ally Pally was recorded to two track on the Fleetwood Mobile. The Paradiso show is a soundboard, though interesting as it appears to be Dan Donovan's last and they stretch out on a few songs. By the Londo...

Re: IMCT Running Club
Out of curiosity, how do you—Flex or any others who run or bike—measure success? Do you set hard goals, staged goals, any goals? I have a minimum number of kilometres that I need to do in a summer, plus I keep track of my time and speed to figure out an average for both (with a target there), and I...

Re: IMCT Running Club
Signed up to run a half-marathon in October. I can reliably do about 8 miles of running, so want to work up the training a bit. And, probably appropriate for this thread, here's where I went on my run last night: https://www.instagram.com/p/BIB7YtdjGvC/?taken-by=flexfantastic Wow, that looks just l...

He has just scored in a 10-7 win over Team Israel for a 5th place finish for England. He also scored in the earlier games versus the Iroquois and Team USA. Re: Lacrosse (Small, Hard and Round) Thread
One of the juniors from my club who I coached when he was a bit younger has been selected for England under 19s in this year's World Cup in Canada. Super proud of him!
