The album was released shortly after his death. It's full of old hits re-recorded with various artists. It's OK, but I haven't really played it much since it was released.

I have only one word: A M A Z I N G Incredible labour of love, wonderful artwork and I’m sure the audio quality it will be extraordinary as usual. I’m seeing you did a remaster of Up and Et Em also and it’s like to come back in past at that incredible period when I was waiting their next album afte...

Re: Greatest (Favorite) Live Album
I loved the original release of 'Play' by Magazine, but the 2cd rerelease with a couple of extra tracks on the original dic plus another gig is even better. I'm pretty sure it isn't augmented. The second disc has John McGeoch, so it's better in my opinion. Other than that, 'Stop Making Sense,' 'Mott...

Re: Please help dating some tracks from Clash on Broadway
Only a stripped-down version without the guitar power chord track has been released on various box sets. Thanks for clarifications. I just compared the versions I have for Cool Confusion : Clash On Broadway - 1991 - 3:17 Super Black Market Clash - 1993 - 3:15 - Slightly louder than previous Clash O...

Re: Mick Jones on stage with Ian Hunter?
Mick never did a live exhibition with Ian Hunter Band? Someone knows? I know Mick played the Mick Ronson Memorial Concert, billed as 'Mick Jones & Big Audio Dynamite' but as far as I can tell he only did 'Medicine Show' and didn't appear as a guest with anyone else, even Glen Matlock who was on the...

Re: Joe Strummer 002 coming soon
I had a bootleg copy of Ocean of Dreams, but I remember it as an instrumental. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6q88LYIuTn0&list=OLAK5uy_magkcTK33xkCxrNtkuwNgMcWzfVCbNPd4&index=34 The previous version was indeed an instrumental. Love this version with Joe's vocals. The demo for Forbidden City sounds...

White Rats Peel Sessions
Rat Scabies was in a short lived band called White Rats and I believe they recorded two John Peel sessions. Can anyone give me a copy of either? Thanks in advance.

Re: Rat Patrol 2LP acetate
I don't have Marky's audio skills, but I took the files originally ripped by Doc M and then cleaned up by Bazarboy and then did a little more work on them. I split them into individual tracks and got rid of the compression/brickwalling. I then tried to match levels with Marky's "Rat Patrol From Hel...

Elusive Costello
There are three singles by Elvis Costello, the first two credited to The Imposter, that seem impossible to track down. Does anyone have a good rip, FLAC if possible, of these? ‘Bright Blue Times,’ ‘American Tune’ and Someone Else’s Heart.’ ‘Party, Party’ just slipped through my hands on Discogs, so ...

Re: Clash covers
Edwyn Collins did '1977' as an exclusive for a magazine cd, Uncut I think (I'll need to go home to check).
