Justice Live?
Are any of the Justice Tonight shows available for those of us unable to attend? I'd love to hear what I missed, no matter who the guests were.

I'll agree with 'Say You, Say Me', but I'll be annoyed if 'We Are The World' counts.

Joe Walsh actually joined The Eagles from Barnstorm, a group he'd led after quitting James Gang, trivia fans.

Re: Long Lost E-Pistols Compilation
No, I think it was probably called 'After The Pistols' and had a good overall selection of post-split material. Probably a small label licensing the material. Afrika Bambata was there, and quite a few others lost in the mists of time.

Long Lost E-Pistols Compilation
I once had a compilation cd which had a collection of tracks by the various members of the Sex Pistols. Pil, Lydon, Rich Kids, Spectres, Professionals, etc. I bought it about 10 years ago, although it is now long lost, and I've never been able to find another copy. It was legit, but on a label I'd s...

Re: A strret dedicated to Joe
I read about this - does anybody know where the street will be? The city centre has many historical streets with names that would not be changed, although perhaps somewhere around Lorca's summer house?

Re: Promised Land, by Chuck Berry.
I like towards the end of 'No Particular Place To Go' where he can't get her safety belt undone: "All the way home I felt a grudge, but the safety belt, it wouldn't budge." Perhaps that frustration explains why in later years Chuck got convicted for hidden cameras in the ladies' in his bar. Still a ...

You're right. I downloaded it four days ago and it was alright then. The original link was on Guitars101 Lossy which I've just tried and it still works there! Here's where to go...

Re: Alternate versions of songs better than popular versions?
Can anyone suggest a link to The Specials Peel Session? I wouldn't mind hearing that version of 'Gangsters' as I think the single is good enough.

Re: NME Tape Comps from the 80s
Marky, being from Dundee I grew up with the Beano and Dandy, as well as many other D.C. Thomson comics and newspapers (loose term), and know a few of the journalists and artists. A surreal moment was standing at the bar of the Phoenix a few years ago, around this time of year, when I heard two girls...

Re: Mick Jones to perform Clash songs
Pete Wylie's first single was as Wah! Heat... and called 'Better Scream' and it ranks up amongst his best songs, surely a 'Best Of' ep would be worthy. I'd say that one, 'Seven Minutes To Midnight,' 'Story Of The Blues/Talking Blues' 12", 'Come Back' and 'Sinful' would make the mark. There's a great...
