Re: The "Rush" enigma

Just making sure this wasn’t another thread where doc is pontificating on the sweet singing of Geddy Lee. :naughty: Kory's the obsessive Rush fan here. I forgot, you're the Tragically Hip guy. Can I at least have a menu of awful Canadian bands to choose from? Sure thing, boss: 1. April Wine

You know what this Zamfir song needs? A bass solo!
No harm in that, if it's done sensibly.
Hey, Stu Hamm
He was the first hit I got for bass solo.
Not Les Claypool?

This is indeed a disturbing universe we are living in.

Yes, thanks everyone.

weller259 sent me a torrent link and so I'm sorted.

And thanks Marky D for the original remaster and upload.

Re: First Avenue/Minneapolis/2011 Remaster

I was at this show, and met everyone after the show, except EZ Kill, who didn't do the meet and greet. I even met Mick's mum!

Anyway, could it be uploaded again, please?

Re: Entering A New Ride Remixed

Any chance this could be uploaded again?

I stupidly missed out the first time, and I'd like to get an upgraded version of my favourite B.A.D album.

Me First and the Gimme Gimmes tomorrow (Thursday).

New Order/Pet Shop Boys on Sunday

Both in nice, mid-sized venues.

Id be lying if I said I wasn't completely bored by the Rolling Stones at this point.
You're bored?

How about the Stones themselves, playing some of their songs for more than 50 years?

I could post a set list from that show if you'd like, unless you'd rather be surprised.
One thing I will ask though: do you remember how long they played for?
About 3 hours, with three short breaks.

Re: So what's your concert schedule looking like?

They were fantastic! Loved the setlist. They hit at least one track from every LP. Manifesto got one song only in Dance Away, but that’s always been my least fave Roxy album. Some highlights: Out of the Blue, The Main Thing, Same Old Scene. Encore was an absolutely pounding version of Do the Strand...

All of your money is about to get extremely ugly.
Here's hoping the Canadian Royal Mint artists can capture ol' Chucky's ruddy red complexion brought about by years of gin guzzling.
