The 2 cdr source of 4-17-84 includes WMIHP. I know there is a 1 cdr version that is missing Jericho, this could also be missing WMIHP.klam44 wrote:Did you find out if 1984-04-17 Providence (soundboard) does or does not have White Man on ?Rat Patrol wrote:I'll double-check what's missing in a couple days when I have time. There was lots of March-May '84 missing. That was far and away the biggest touring gap we had left to fill on the Megalist because we were shooting for 100% Clash I completion as first priority.matedog wrote:Thanks for the heads up.klam44 wrote:*1984-04-17 Providence (soundboard) does not have White Man on is it supposed to be on as according to BMC or is that a mistake ?
Also 2-21-84 Belgium tracks 1-13 The file you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable and has been for soooo long can somone sort i9t out please ?
I'm not sure about the Providence Show. CK posted it as a farewell gesture a little while ago. I was going through my backed up filed and realized that I have two copies of 82 shows in place of an 84 shows back up
As for the 1984-02-21 part 1, it is in the list of missing shows:
1981-10-06
1982-01-25 disc 1
1982-01-30 disc 1
1982-02-08
1982-07-23
1982-08-16
1984-02-21 Disc 1
I also don't know what's surfaced since Graham's last BMC update in January. He wasn't on Snews during the hiatus so we haven't heard about any subsequent new finds yet.

Re: Boots Galore- The Mega List REVIVED!
Thanks for that info! Good to have this show complete in good qualityFlex wrote:
There is a really low gen sourced from sound board copy of the entire performance, even I Fought the Law. It doesn't have a particular boot name and was just released a year or two back. My guess is that this is the copy we have circulating and someone just named it the popular "From London to Jamaica" boot name.

Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Re: Boots Galore- The Mega List REVIVED!
We should get the request thread back up. The 1981-09-30 soundboard sampler is supposedly in weak shape, but it'd still be neat to here compared to the decent audience recording.Tim Bucknall wrote:anyone got the mogador 81 soundboard?

Thats the one,
shame its so bad, and shame its not complete
but great that it exists at all , i think the clash were really peaking at the Mogador & lyceum shows
a soundboard from this period would be amazing,
someones sending me the austrian 81 tv special on DVD but the tv people only aired the "hits", they should have broadcast the experimental stuff like graffiti rap, lightening strikes, overpowered by funk etc.
oops forgot about the request thread, good thinking
it would be interesting to hear it at some point anyway, just because of the date
its wierd that a radio broadcast like this hasn't been bootlegged a million times, like bonds, tokyo, lochem etc
i guess bootleggers only like shows that aren't great!
