Done.

The Clash
November 7, 1977
The Top Rank Ballroom
Birmingham, England

Track 17 - White Riot

Weird. I had the same problem trying to play the track with VLC. I converted it to mp3 and it played fine. Perhaps the file is fine.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

The Clash

Trade > EAC > WAV > Traders Little Helper > FLAC Level 8

01 We Are The Clash
02 In The Pouring Rain
03 Glue Zombie
04 Jericho
05 National Powder
06 Are You Ready For War
07 Galleani
08 This Is England
09 Rock 'N Roll City
10 The Dictator
11 Out Of Control
12 Sex Mad War
13 Backwoods Drive
14 Three Card Trick

291MB FLAC
(Link removed due to lossy source)

**Edit**

After doing a frequency analysis this turned out to be lossy converted to lossless. To stop people downloading nearly 300MB of mp3 crap I have removed the link. Put that down to a little carelessness on my behalf for not checking before posting. Sorry guys.

Hey Inder, isn't mp3 the master source for those?

I'd guess the lineage is probably something like Tape > Tape > mp3 > mp3 > whatever editing/tweaking the people who made the CDs did > CD > FLAC.

Still, probably negligible quality deterioration.

Right, but isn't flac stupid since we already have the mp3s? Waste of harddrive space, I'd think.

According to BMC, this is supposed to have Mag 7 at the end. I don't have an earlier mp3 of this so I have no basis to compare. Does anyone have any insight?

To my not so great ears, this sounds like it is not the new master audience source. Tap, can you confirm or reject this notion?
