Here is a review of I believe an upgrade to that show that is in circulation from a fellow satcher:-
'I've played a few different parts of the discs and compared them to what I've got. I think it is the same recording - all the track lengths seem to be the same - but I think yours is probably closer to the original source. I don't know where I got my version, probably downloaded from IMCT, but it sounds muddier than yours and has got the clipping on Somebody got Murdered that got mentioned by somebody on the thread.
I agree with you that the improvement seems to get more marked as the show progresses.
So .... I reckon yours is a very good find. Should I upload Somebody got Murdered to allow people to decide for themselves? Happy to upload the whole show but I'll need to get more memory space on my PC because it is full at the moment.
Thanks a lot for sharing the show'
Anyone interested in a copy?

This is awesome news, D. Any chance you could upload it (preferably at a high bitrate)?
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Somebody Got Murdered as a sampler. Not a flac file but I hope it will do. Deny, sorry for the delay.

There was a master upgrade last year circulated on Dime (confirmed BMC). That SGM snippet is 100% the same as the FLAC's from the Dime show, so you have the same master source.laxman wrote:http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YCOFGG0B

Wasn't a head-and-shoulders above upgrade from the previous copy that had been in circulation for years because that one wasn't more than a gen or two off the master...but yes, did clean it up a bit and got rid of the slight MP3 clipping. Volume's also a bit less muffled on the master.

Are you sure it was on Dime? I can not recall seeing it there at all. It did appear on Demonoid however, I got it from there:Rat Patrol wrote:There was a master upgrade last year circulated on Dime (confirmed BMC). Dime torrent's been dead for awhile because it was last year, but yes...it circulated there soon after the master upgrade surfaced.x3em wrote:Are you sure it was on Dime?
