Boots Galore - The Request Line

Post by matedog »

Here's a place to put (and post I hope!) requests for shows:
*1981-09-XX - Up and At Em (misc. Mogador tunes not features on the other available boots)
Lossless

*From Here to Eternity II
Outtakes from FHTE (soundboard)
Lossless

*1982-01-24,25,28,29 - One Gig Too Far shows
Lossless
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Revisiting my earlier list, looks like these are remaining. I'll also have to take a spin through my hard drive to see which MListed FLAC's have inferior-sourced sound, incorrect-speed, or incomplete setlists to their MP3 counterparts. Generally speaking, if a FLAC d/l didn't sound as nice as the MP3 I kept only the MP3 source. Will have to re-verify that motley assortment to see which ones are in legit needs of source upgrades (this'll take awhile, since requires re-downloading the MList FLAC's).

----------------------------------------------------------------

Shows Needed
5/30/82, Asbury Park SBD video source (rarer version with the 4 extra tracks not on the widely-circulated one)
5/16/85, Glasgow

Losslesses Needed
4/27/77, Paris
4/30/78, Victoria Park
2/9/79, Santa Monica
2/5/80, Birmingham (Keys to Your Heart only)
2/18/80, Lewisham AUD
3/10/80, Detroit
4/25/80, Fridays
6/5/81, Tom Snyder
6/10/81, Bonds, "Capital Air" SBD (originally from some Allen Ginsburg comp)
10/18/81, Lyceum
2/1/82, Sun Plaza COMPLETE (current one I think is a truncated setlist)
2/8/82, Christchurch
6/4/82, New Orleans
7/19/82, Derby
7/30/82, Brixton SBD
8/11/82, St. Paul
8/26/82, Philadelphia
8/31/82, New York
9/1/82, New York

3/17/84, Brixton
