Unreleased Joe on BBC Radio Wales?

I seem to remember reading somewhere, quite a few months ago, that a track from the early '70s was to be played on the radio in Wales. Does anyone know about this? Does anyone have it? Can it be posted?

I vaguely remember hearing it at the time, was it called Bumble Bee Rock or something?
It was nothing to write home about, a minor curio.

I remember the eventual vinyl release being mentioned in an article but I don't recall it actually happening.
