I like this a lot.

(And Fucked Up's version of Do They Know It's Christmas. Hilarious.)

At risk of being bombarded by virtual fruit and veggies, a song from Sufjan Stevens (that Tracey Thorn song is one of his, too, but his version is beyond forgettable). I do like this for its quirky romantic view of Christmas.

My 3 go to Xmas albums are

James Brown - Funky Christmas
Mojo Nixon - Horns Holidays
Paranoid Visions - Bollox to Christmas

I've got some others but those are my top 3.

More great stuff everyone! (I like that Sufjan Christmas album a lot. It actually briefly gave me the impression that I liked more of his "proper" work than I actually did.)

Somebody was trying to tell me that CDs are better than vinyl because they don't have any surface noise. I said, "Listen, mate, "life" has surface noise."

From Cocteau Twins' Snow ep. The story goes that Liz Fraser had never heard "Frosty the Snowman" before and found the song's concept terrifying.
