Flex's 25 Days of Christmas (Songs), Day 7: Skatune Network - What Do The Lonely Do at Christmas?
Original release: A Very Skatune Christmas
Year: 2020
The person behind Skatune put out a few ska covers on their youtube channel and made this little album. It's real fun stuff. Their more formal ska band, We Are The Union, will also be getting a look in this thread shortly.

Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead
Pex Lives!

Flex's 25 Days of Christmas (Songs), Day 8: We Are The Union - I'm Working Retail For Christmas
Original release: I'm Working Retail for Christmas digital single
Year: 2020
We Are The Union is one of the more prolific ska/pop-punk 4th (5th?) wave acts going now - they dropped a Halloween single earlier this year too - and here's their Christmas offering. Catchy and we can all feel the pain of the song, whether in our current or past lives. Nice and catchy too.

Re: Flex's 25 Days of Christmas (Songs)
I think it's a song that has divided opinion as to it being a Christmas song or not. So it's open to debate but I suppose Christmas being a Christian festival of freedom and good will it's well suited. It's probably more likely to be heard at a funeral here in all honesty. Still either way it's a great song and I really like this version.

Ha! haven't heard this since that TOTPs appearance. Forgotten all about it. Good fun though.

Im outside drunk, grilling and listening to the Angry Snowmans at max volume. My neighbors probably hate me. Nothing new mind you...any of it
