I wish never to hear this song again.

Yes and that Mariah Carey song too!
Both songs are legit good songs. It's not the songs' fault they are overplayed.

Also, I never heard Last Christmas once in the 90s.
I thought Heston would come to the defense first. Hope he's doing ok.

Isny hallelujah already Hillary Clinton's campaign song according to snl or whatever?
It was already mutating into the most inappropriately over-covered "Xmas" song since "Baby It's Cold Outside", but now it's in overdrive since woke centrists adopted that SNL skit as mantra.

Wife makes me play pop Christmas tunes when all I want to hear is Nat King Cole and Bing Crosby. Consequently I have to hear barely legal pop starlet after barely legal pop starlet trying out sexify "Santa Baby."
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Most egregious is this garbage from N Sync

What a late 90s time capsule.

News flash: John Legend still sucks. He still struggles with anything remotely faster than mid tempo and he frequently veers in and out of tune. His voice is technically awful for the genre.

There is no way in hell that I'll ever click on that.

I was just at the dentist. That fucking "Do They Know It's Christmas?" came on the sound system. Confirming that dentists are sadists.

Once again, and I say this every year, Ethiopia has one of the world's oldest Christian communities. SO YES THEY FUCKING KNOW IT'S CHRISTMAS, SIR BOB.

Oof, that was bad.
