I wanna say there was a punk band from Syracuse called Libertine ? maybe who did a cover of Summer of 69 with different lyrics. I had an old cassette with it at one point dont know what happened to it.

If I ever want to hear dumb pop metal I push “Living On a Prayer” aside for “Sister Christian,” a song that is so bad I actively enjoy it.

As an aside to the above, NIght Ranger is a truly awful band name. It seems like the result of a focus group playing around with a bag of words and trying to come up with a name that would appeal to PR assholes.
