“Fingerpoppin'” has achieved a perverse appeal that makes it more listenable than rest of the Hestonian soundtrack of the doomed.
It was a toss up between this and Boogie With Your Children.
Pretty much. Those two have the only singer on this list that a sane person can respect.

Oops. I messed up too. Subtract one vote for Boogie. That’s the worst of the bunch. Most of these songs are really good.

I voted "Boogie With Your Children" - shitty sound, shitty lead guitar, lame white boy rhythm section, but playful, sweet sentiment and Joe's vocal delivery gives it the lift in his inimitable way. At least it sounds like humans playing it. Sorta kinda the same for "Fingerpoppin'" - cheeky and rude but real (meaning the sentiment and vocal, not the backing track).
The rest I don't know or don't care/like ("We Didn't Start the Fire" is one of Joel's more tolerable songs for me, say I. And Collins' "Can't Hurry Love" cover is a glass of luke-warm milk - neither here nor there. Forgettable.).

WTTCORAR. By a country mile.
Edit: St Elmo's Fire not far behind, good track.
