Talk of Lionel Richie makes me sadder still. The best I probably ever heard over a grocery store's music system was Maria by Blondie. If we aren't counting the cool people playing stuff at the hippie grocery store.

The stores here occasionally slip into “cool dad” new wave/80s college rock.

Oh shit. I missed that one or I would never have voted for Stuck in the Middle.

Still, only two people are wrong about Toto.

I actually didn't miss it. The Supremes tune is a better song no doubt, but the question of the thread led me to Stuck In The Middle, as I'm a bit more likely to bop around to that song on a Wednesday morning walking through shop aisles, I think. But I wouldn't object if someone told me I needed to vote for the Supremes song.

We should start a betting pool on when Heston and Tom won't team up in wrongness given the opportunity.

I voted "Lean On Me". "Baby Love" is also great. I am old.

Just like to say that " Easy Like a Sunday Morning" is actually "Easy" by The Commodores.
