Brown Eyed Girl is a inherently good song. Don't let the radio saturation and boomer love for it trick you to think otherwise.

Its inherent qualities are much more debatable than you think. The saturation merely amplifies its mediocrity.

I’m not a huge Van Morrison fan to begin with, and that’s probably my least favorite one of his. Well, I also hate Moondance.

When I was a kid, pre-cable, Friday and Saturday late nights were always a good time for turning to French CBC because it regularly showed "arty" movies with a decent amount of female nudity. Who knows what the plot was, you just knew that sooner or later someone was going to go skinny dipping or have a shower.
