I hate it!
Now it just got intriguing. 101 and I generally only agree on the standards Clash, Jam. SLF. Specials, Pogues.

Place your bets. Once I leave the bar Ill give it a listen.
You will fucking despise it.
Wait, do you like it?
Yes, I said up thread. James voted it best though, he's in the firing line first.
Its awful and now I wanna punch someone. Those vocals are fucking awful and the whole lame angsty vibe. Shoot yourselves and do the rest of us a fucking favor. The band that is not any of the fine people here.

Elvis is burying Ringo, let's make that clear. We could always put Strawberry Fields against Dominic the Impotent Bull.

It is, in fact, a rare situation where I'd clearly pick an Elvis tune over a Beatles one. Still, I'd probably also pick "Dominic the Impotent Bull" or "Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce" over "Yellow Submarine."

I am a Beatles fan but Yellow Submarine is a shocker.

I also don't know half of these songs. Listening to Mighty Quinn now. It's pretty good.
Waaaaaaaaaaay late to the party, but I'm mildly obsessed with this song. Particularly that I keep hearing very different arrangements that are all amazing

Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Like both, but the reggae version is fantastic.

Yeah, the reggae version is killer.

Still like the Manfred Mann version the best.
