Yeah its really good and cant think of too many songs about drug dealers that reached No.1.
I prefer it to Dylan's original. Not so sure it's about a drug dealer though.
It is a bit vague, could be about anything but the line about everybody "gonna doze" when quinn comes, I've always taken as Dylan word playing on dose. Like he's just taking the piss with it.
